Spanish Gazpacho

May is that time of year where we see one of Spain's most popular products come back in season. Spanish "Gazpacho" or cold tomato soup is extremely popular during the summer months.

Gazpacho is made from vine ripened tomatoes, peppers, garlic, cucumber and olive oil. A fantastic and healthy soup served cold over ice or as a starter.



Orce Serrano Hams is now stocking 1 litre pet cartons of brand name Andalucian gazpacho (6.95 euros per litre) Alternatively, if you would like to make your own then we do of course have the recipe too. Home-made Gazpacho.

Plans for May: Given the huge response to our 10% discount offer on all serrano hams we have decided to continue this offer through May.

New Sliced Meats: A full new range of sliced meats will be introduced to the deli this bank holiday weekend. To include, chorizo, salchichon (inc peppered Tunel varieties) lomo tenderloins, serrano ham and Iberico twin packs. More to follow.
