Cured "Bonito" Tuna Loins on the Way...

We are pleased to announce that cured bonito loins of tuna will shortly be available. This salted tenderloin of high grade tuna is the finest available and almost impossible to find in the UK.



We envisage two sizes (500g and kilo pieces) although full fish will be available by special order. Bonito tuna is due to become a permanent line on the website from mid April 2009
